WelCome To Bright Vision Law College
Bright Vision Law College (hereinafter referred to as “BVLC”), established in 2010 AD with the affiliation of Purbanchal University, is the only law college outside the Capital of Nepal (Kathmandu) that imparts quality law education through its B.A.LL.B. (5 years) and LL.M. (2 years) programs.
The college was established with a vision to develop legally trained professionals and Ethical Youth for the nation’s benefit.
The mission of BVLC is to provide quality legal education in order to produce the competent legal professionals required for the nation in an ever-changing context. The College has been successful in retaining its educational quality by carefully balancing administrative, academic and extracurricular activities.
BVLC prepares students to practice law by combining a robust and challenging academic curriculum with practical professional skills, training that integrates students into the legal community, instills professionalism, and prepares graduates to enter legal practice ready to meet the needs of the Twenty-First Century legal society. BVLC aspires to become the premier law college in the country by achieving a high order of excellence in teaching and training combining theoretical, doctrinal, and experiential teaching to produce intellectual community of legal professionals. We aspire to become the first choice of students seeking education in law within 10 years.
Before 2010, the students were required to go to Kathmandu for a legal education. When we started the campus, an education in law in Eastern reason was unheard of. But in today’s context, with the quality of education we offer, we have established ourselves as a better choice for the students. In a decade long journey, we are now in a position to select the best suited students to fit our program so that they learn not any from the teachers but also from each other in the classroom. Diversified students from all over Nepal with varied experiences create a multi-cultural learning environment. we currently have more than 350 students undergoing legal education in BA.LL.B. and LL.M. combined.
With an alumni base of hundreds of people, we have reached different Governmental and non-governmental organizations across the country. We have been able to produce leaders, activists, lawyers, advisors, bureaucrats among other legal professionals. BVLC has a senior advocate, lawyers with more than 30 years of teaching experience in its faculty pool. Most of them are practicing professionals defending the legal rights of the masses. They are engaged in raising legal awareness through various organizations, filing writs to explain constitutionalism, and empowering people to live in a just society protected by law.
BVLC has smart, dedicated, and hardworking students who work together as a team. They are the real assets of the college. With the active participation of teacher and seniors as mentors, the students are able to organize and implement any research/projects/ tasks/assigned to them.
We have the university approval to admit up to 90 students in LL.M. and 180 students in B.A.LL.B for each academic year.

To promote scholarly achievements and reach the topmost running in the university.
